Pick the channel that matches what you need. We answer on all three — usually within a few hours on weekdays, longer overnight.

Before you message us — try these:

  • Running /status in your bot DM shows your current subscription, expiry, and payment processor.
  • Running /manage re-issues your invite link if the original expired or was lost.
  • If a payment processed but you didn't get a link, the payment is safe. Contact support with the time and the last 4 of your card.
  • For chargebacks, reach out to your processor first (CCBill / Stripe) since they control the dispute window.
  • The FAQ answers the most common onboarding questions — check it first.

Trust & safety

Report abuse, CSAM, or policy violations. We action reports within the hour during business days. Email trust@gatepilot.vip or flag in the support channel.

Billing

For platform fee billing questions, dunning, or refunds of your Gatepilot subscription, email billing@gatepilot.vip with your creator account email.

Creators remain responsible for first-line support with their own subscribers. Gatepilot provides the platform; content, customer service, and compliance with local regulations are the creator's responsibility.
